Mr. Rajkumar worked as a Faculty, Department of Textile Structures, Technical University of Liberec, Czech Republic, Europe. He also worked as a Senior Engineer Customer Service, in Textile Machinery manufacturing company. He also has published research papers in various International and National journals. He has attended various summer schools organized by AUTEX, Europe.

Mr. B. Ghosh, is a textile professional with over 10 years of wide ranging & rich experience in the textile and apparel industry. Served in various multinational Textile and Garment manufacturing Industries, like GTN Textiles Gujarat, Mandhana Fashion Industries, Mumbai, CEL group of Apparel Industries, Hyderabad. During his tenure with the industry he has served in various capacities and held senior positions at shop floor as well as management department. The experience has enriched him in various aspects of textile & apparel industry like production, planning, operation, quality control, Apparel Merchandising etc. He has got 5 years of teaching experience and been associated with curriculum & syllabus design and development of various short- term, graduation and PG level courses in the area of Textiles and Apparel Management. He has published research papers in various national journals and worked as lead internal auditor for ISO-9000-2000 QMS. At present he is the programme coordinator for PGDM- Apparel and heading Internal Academic Co-ordination Committee of SVISTM.

Dr.. Shanthi Lakshmi has 6 years of Industry experience in HRD and counseling. She has been in the field of teaching for the last 7 years. Her areas of special interest are Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Entrepreneurship Development and Business Research. She applies Transactional Analysis as a tool in her Teaching Pedagogy. She also provides Training in TA. Her current research focuses on organizational culture in Small and Medium Enterprises.

He has 10 years of experience in wide variety of technical, managerial and Industry. He has presented & published technical, managerial paper/article in various International/National Conference & Journals. He is the Life Member in various professional bodies like AIMA, NHRD, CSI, SSI and ACS. His area of interest includes Business Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Social Networking Analysis and Information Retrieval.

He has more than 6 years experience in Industrial Marketing specially in different textile fields and 3 years experience in teaching. He has participated and presented papers in various International and National conferences/seminars. His area of interest includes International Business, International Trade, WTO and Bilateral Relations etc.

Mrs.Kavitha has 7 years of experience in teaching and 2 years of experience in boutique as pattern maker. Her areas of special interest are apparel designing and apparel manufacturing. She held additional positions as Member in Board of Studies, Costume Design & Fashion Department, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Syllabus setter and advisor for Textile courses at Vinayaka Mission University, Salem. She has prepared study material for distance education textiles courses at Bharathiar University and set question papers for various autonomous institutions. She has organized and conducted workshops, training programs, short term courses and intercollegiate fest. She participated and presented International and National conferences / seminars, published 2 research papers in reputed journals.

Mr.M.Gangatharan is having experience of over 13 years in Library field in various institutions including Indian School of Management � Kozhikode. He has organized various conferences and workshops and published 10 Papers in Professional Journals, National and International Conferences. He has published a book on Digital Libraries from Technology to Culture. His area of interest are Web Designing and Digital Library.

Mr. Sai Bala  Subrahmanyam is having experience of over 7 years in IT  field in HCL info Sys Ltd. He has written a series of books on computer for use in class 1 to 10. He honed his skills in  Management  Training Information Technology Infrastructure Library ( ITIL ) in  HCL.
