Dr. Priyadarshini. M, B.Com., MBA., Ph.D.

Dr. Priyadarshini. M is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She has more than thirteen years of academic experience and specializes in the domain of Accounting and Finance. Her interest in Human Resource Management motivated her to pursue a Doctorate at Anna University, Chennai, on the topic “Organizational Role Stress and Organizational Climate among IT Employees.” During her academic career, she has handled various subjects including Accounting for Managers, Equity Analysis and Portfolio Management, Insurance and Risk Management, Industrial Psychology, Training and Development, and Performance Management. She is recognized as an effective motivator and team builder who encourages interactive learning through innovative teaching methodologies such as case studies, role plays, videos, and classroom management activities. She was awarded the “Best Faculty” award in her previous institution for her dedicated service and teaching excellence. She also served as the Department Exam Cell Coordinator in her previous institutions and efficiently coordinated examination-related activities and academic processes. Dr. Priyadarshini has actively participated in numerous Faculty Development Programmes, national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops. She has published research papers in reputed international journals and has contributed to academic development through book publications. Her published books include Financial Accounting and Business Analytics for Strategic Decision Making, along with other academic contributions in the fields of management and commerce.
